1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NORDCTRL website (nordctrl.co) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website.

2. About NORDCTRL

NORDCTRL is a Nordic streetwear brand based in Aabenraa, Denmark. We design and sell limited-edition garments and accessories. All drops are numbered, limited in quantity, and are not restocked once sold out.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Products and Drops

• All products are limited edition. Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked.
• Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour and texture may occur due to screen calibration and the nature of the manufacturing process.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.
• Edition numbers are assigned at fulfilment and cannot be reserved or requested.

5. Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in your selected currency based on region preference. All displayed non-DKK prices are approximate conversions and may differ slightly from the actual charged amount due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment processing.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are not reserved until payment is confirmed.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated times are not guaranteed.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
• Free shipping promotions apply to specified regions as indicated on the product page.
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier operations.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted may not be eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your NORDCTRL garments:

• Machine wash cold (30°C max) — inside out
• Do not tumble dry — hang dry or lay flat
• Do not bleach or iron directly on embroidery
• Wash with similar colours to prevent dye transfer
• Garment-washed finishes may soften further with wear — this is intentional

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, logos, product images, typography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to NORDCTRL and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our website without authorisation
• Resell products purchased for commercial gain without prior written agreement

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORDCTRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
